My AI generation failed. What now?
Keep your prompt, review the error message and retry when credits or rate limits allow. Your existing projects remain available.
Where are my private projects?
Sign in to the same account you used to create them. Text projects use account-scoped key-value storage, so other users cannot browse them.
Is uploaded media private?
No. File Storage assets are public and discoverable. Do not upload sensitive, confidential, paid, or paywalled materials.
Can I generate videos or clone a voice?
Video tools generate scripts and production prompts, not video files. Voice tools support device narration and subtitle drafts. Video rendering, downloadable TTS, and voice cloning are not connected.
How do I manage billing?
Open Plans & Billing and use the Stripe billing portal for any existing subscription. Paid plans in this workspace have not launched.
