Text requests use the app’s built-in AI allowance, with shared provider rate limits. This workspace tracks successful AI runs per account; it does not claim a verified paid-plan entitlement.
Image generation and editing use 1 app-owner credit per image. Platform limits are 20/hour, 100/day, and 2 at once. Request success depends on available credits.
File limits depend on the app’s hosting plan; the upload widget displays the actual size cap. Uploaded files are public.
Secure existing subscription management
For any existing Stripe customer, the billing portal is the source for renewal dates, cancellation options, payment methods and available invoices or receipts. Creativerse AI never stores raw card information.
Paid-plan prices, taxes, refunds, renewal periods and local-currency support must be disclosed before a future checkout. There is no live exchange-rate service here.

Subscription questions
Will clicking a plan charge me?
No. Paid plans are unavailable for purchase. Existing billing management opens Stripe’s portal, which shows any current subscription and actions you explicitly choose.
Does a video studio create video files?
Not yet. It creates scripts, scene descriptions, storyboards and prompts. No video-rendering service is connected.
Can I cancel a subscription or get a refund?
Manage any existing subscription in the Stripe portal. Contact the operator for refund requests. A final operator-approved refund policy must be published before paid subscriptions launch.
Are team accounts and project collaboration available?
Owner-managed staff accounts can be administered where the hosting plan supports them. Collaborative project permissions and paid team workspaces have not been implemented, so they are not sold.
